Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Conflu, available at conflu.xyz (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who we are
The Service is operated by RT Consulting FZE ("Conflu", "we", "us", "our"), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Fujairah Creative City Free Zone Authority (Licence No. 6160/2015), with its registered office at Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The Service
Conflu is multi-account middleware that exposes a single Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint through which your authorised AI clients can access data from third-party providers you connect, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
Connected accounts and third-party providers
When you connect an account, you authorise Conflu to access that provider on your behalf using OAuth tokens, solely to serve your MCP requests. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to connect each account and to access the data within it — including, where you act for a client, that you have that client's permission. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's own terms; Conflu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Microsoft, Google, or any other provider, and provider availability is outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected provider; access data you are not authorised to access; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or threaten its integrity or security.
Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) and optional top-ups are billed in advance in US Dollars and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused quota or top-ups. We may change prices or plan limits prospectively with reasonable notice.
Quotas and fair use
Each plan includes monthly limits on connected accounts, MCP requests, data egress, and (on Ultra) Web Crawling pages, as described on our pricing page. When a limit is reached, MCP calls return quota errors until the next billing period or until you upgrade or purchase available top-ups. We may apply reasonable measures to protect the Service against excessive or abusive use.
Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you connect accounts containing personal data of your clients or third parties, you act as the data controller for that data and Conflu acts as your processor, processing it only to provide the Service on your instructions.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by RT Consulting FZE and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service. You retain all rights in your own data.
Service availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements, and we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RT Consulting FZE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RT Consulting FZE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights, including any claim that you were not authorised to connect an account.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, extended non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within the Emirate of Fujairah and subject to the regulations of the Fujairah Creative City Free Zone Authority. The competent courts of the Emirate of Fujairah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
