Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Conflu at conflu.xyz. By using the service you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Conflu to violate applicable law, Microsoft or Google terms, or to access data you are not authorised to access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or threaten its integrity.

Plans and limits

Free and Pro plans include the account, request, and egress limits described on our pricing page. When a limit is reached, MCP calls return quota errors until the next billing period or until you upgrade or purchase top-ups where available.

Account termination

You may delete your account from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or extended non-payment as described in billing communications.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conflu is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party providers (including Microsoft 365 availability).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
